Changing Seasons

It’s that time of year when the leaves are all colored and falling from the trees. The air is getting crisper. The days are getting shorter. Time for fires and cuddling. Fall is in full swing! I hope you all have all your cozy fall scents by now! ( If not, we still have plenty available so no need to stress). However over here on my end, I am currently picking are lineup for Christmas smells to bring out. Every year I try to bring back the best sellers, and also take some away that didn’t get as much love and bring something new out to excite things! Of course you know my list is long for those who have been following me awhile. But also I am keeping it more simple this year. We will not have 19 scents like last year. It was a little much. I have found that keeping it simple is better for all. I also am slowing down on making so much at a time and focusing on restocking as needed. This gives me a chance to bring out more new scents frequently not focusing on making full bottles of one scent. This also helps my inventory move around more ( hopefully). So if you see restock posts, this is why. I will restock the ones you all love and keep making more until I run out of supplies. I love this idea of a system! This helps too with costs of course as many of you know candle supplies are pricey. If we want the best, we must pay! But anyways, I will have your cozy pines, your bold fruits, warm drinks by the fire, hot sipping drinks, and warm bakeries fresh from the oven. Christmas bundles will also be on the horizon.

For now, I will leave you with some of my thoughts on some of the fall scents currently out.

Autumn Glow- This one was a great bakery option! It smelled of cinnamon & nutmeg with a touch of the outdoors. It was perfect for those cool crisp nights. I think I burned 3 of them just for me! The melts were warming and so cozy for the bedroom. For the candles, I did wooden wicks in mine just because the crackle is my favorite. It was a perfect glow for autumn!

Harvest Moon- I absolutely fell in love with this scent! The melts, I made myself a melt bag of pumpkins and oh my goodness, the scent filled the room with this vibrant, fruity, cider smell that is just amazing! The candle I put in my entryway. Every room smelled so good and I put some in every warmer because I just kept wanting more. A great choice for those who may not want pumpkins but still want a fall scent.

Scarecrow- I had so much fun with this one! It literally smells like a hayride when your off to pick the perfect pumpkin to take home and carve and make a pumpkin pie. It’s one of a kind. I loved how the melts and candle of this one gave off a cozy autumn vibe that made you want to grab a blanket and curl up.

Apples & Maple Bourbon- Always a classic. This is one of those scents people look for every year. Its sweet, crisp, but also warm. It has it all. Always fills the room with its bold notes and never disappoints. People are always reaching for this one. Every year I look forward to making this one.

Fallen Leaves- This is my personal favorite every fall. I love how it smells exactly like the leaves on the ground. Especially those wet leaves on a crisp afternoon. The wind blowing through the trees, crisp autumn air, freshly crunched leaves on the ground. This one screams fall. It just takes me outside every time I smell it. Notes of cedar and a little hint of bakery bring it back down but it is very earthy.

Vanilla Pumpkin Marshmallow- This one is loved by so many! Not too much pumpkin but just the right amount. Bakery spices that make you drool and gooey marshmallows to finish. A base of vanilla cream to bring it all together. This is one we absolutely must have every year! I love the melts of this scent. I put them in every fall and it always takes me back to when we moved into our old house. That night of unpacking in our older quaint home, with Ally playing with her kitchen toys. She was so small. The house was instantly cozy and I was so happy. Scents really do take you down memory lane.

Pumpkin Chai- This was a new one for me this year. I fell in love with the candle in the spring. I lit a tin of it and was amazed at how much I liked it. Those chai tea spices came through with the pumpkin notes and it has all the fall vibes. It’s cozy, spicy, not too sweet, delicate & perfect. If you are typically one that likes tea smells and gooey pumpkin, this is one to try!

Pumpkin Pecan Waffles- Every year I look forward to making myself a large jar of this. I have a certain jar I like to use. The notes of the pecan are so strong in this one! The maple comes through behind it with hints of pumpkin. It’s fantastic! A best seller every year. It wouldn’t be fall without this one. It is room filling and great for having company over so your house smells welcoming and warm.

Bobbing For Apples- What a fun scent! I had this idea of creating and apple orchard scent and I did! Those who love taking a fall day and going apple picking and coming home to bake apple goodies or having a fun round of bobbing for apples, this is your scent! It’s crisp, juicy, tart, fruity and vibrant. Smells just like the orchard. Pick those juicy crisp apples!

Pumpkin Pie Spice- This one is near and dear to my heart. A lot of you know why. Notes of bakery spices fill the room instantly. Strong notes of cinnamon & nutmeg will take over and fresh baked pumpkin will come through rounding out this beautiful scent. If you are a cinnamon lover, pick this one.

Maple Butter Syrup- A Sunday morning smell. The smell of breakfast wafting through the air. Strong smell of maple syrup will take over and you will instantly want a cup of coffee. Smells just like pancakes! A true fall smell most crave. I put two tins in my kitchen and bam! The house was warm, cozy, inviting and happy.
